Dominic Philpot has joined the High Peak based Prisma Group as Operations Director. He will have full profit and loss responsibility for Prisma Colour and Prisma Rubber Additives. His primary objective will be to manage the ongoing expansion of the group’s activities supplying colour and additives into the international Rubber and Plastics Industry.
Dominic has held senior management positions with Vita, Hexpol and SPC and is looking forward to the challenge which will include relocating group activity to a purpose-built factory in the High Peak. He said “I am extremely pleased to join a progressive company with a strong market presence and excellent market reputation. Leading the businesses through the challenges involved with relocation to the new factory and continued growth is exciting, however, it is the dedicated individuals within the Prisma Group that will make these changes achievable”
