Readily Available Pigment Red 38 Alternative!
Are you struggling to get hold of pigment red 38 powder and preparations? This pigment has very few manufacturers with REACH registered products. Furthermore, it has been subject to large price increases, requests to pay in advance and it’s availability is currently poor.
This pigment type is commonly used in the rubber industry due to it’s high tinctorial strength. It is typically used either in powder form or as a pre-dispersed pigment preparation such as A682 Prismagum-G Red or Hostasin Red B 30. It is a long since established pigment and is often present in numerous historical formulations and blends.
